For products that are temporarily out of stock we will notify you that they are on back-order. These products will be shipped out separately at no extra cost as soon as the products arrive.
We will always try to pass on any delivery instructions to carriers, but the carriers will have their own policy on leaving goods with neighbours for example.
Because of the global availability of the Internet, the web site software has to try to cope with charging the most economical amount for shipping on any purchase of any physical size and weight to almost anywhere on the planet.

ALL credit card sales are subject to a 2.6% surcharge. This will be added to your bill before payment is taken, you will be notified by email of the adjustment . Payments by cheque or by cash do not have any surcharge.

Small items (floats, hooks, rig accessories etc) FREE of charge
Medium items (reels, items of similar weight) £2.99 maximum charge
Large items (poles, landing net handles, rod holdalls, umbrellas etc) £5.99 maximum charge
Seat Boxes (unfortunately carry the largest carriage charge) £15.00 maximum charge
Delivery Outside UK Mainland.
International charges will apply. These will be added separately on completion of the order
These charges take immediate effect
You will be informed by e-mail if the carriage costs differs from the displayed total on the check-out pages
You may choose to pick up the products from your order personally at our shop, choose STORE PICK UP and your order will be excluded from shipping charges, your order will be held at the shop for your arrival
Returns
Faulty items must be returned within 14 days, with the original packing slip. After inspection, genuine faulty goods will be replaced free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
